All services must be paid for upfront. 

No work will commence until payment / deposit is received (to be specified on your quote). 

No images may be used without full payment being received. This will be classed as copyright infringement and legal action will follow. 

Unless otherwise specified we retain the right to use images as part of our marketing and portfolio purposes. 

We as the creators of the Virtual Image will own copyright of the image unless otherwise agreed in written documentation by both parties.

Commercial Businesses

Payment terms are available for commercial businesses only.

To be considered for this please contact us directly and please read the Terms & Conditions document below. We will also require an email stating you have read and understood the terms and conditions and that you agree to the following: 

 

Should invoices be paid later than the specified payment terms you will be charged interest, costs to our company and administrations fees for late payment notifications. Should late payment occur more than once without reasonable explanation we will no longer be able to offer you payment terms and you will be requested to pay upfront for any further orders.
