BASIC
Basic Package - £45 per image:
Choose from a selection of preset packs that cater to various styles and themes. With the Basic Package, you must select the furniture pack that aligns with your vision for each photo and provide a preferred layout if you have one. Although the images will not have our refined designer touch, our team will bring your vision to life, providing you with a high-quality staged image at a more budget-friendly price. This package includes one complimentary round of amendments. A fee of £15 per image will apply for subsequent amendments.
*Does not include object removal or Virtual Renovation features (Adding flooring/wall colours etc.). These will be considered as additional charges.
DESIGNER
Designer Package - £65 per image:
Elevate your staging experience with our Designer Package. Our skilled designers will curate the best furniture pieces and layouts for your images based on your specific requirements. To ensure the design meets your expectations, please provide any colour and style preferences and a floor plan. The Designer Package also includes one complimentary round of amendments. Should you require additional changes, a fee of £15 per image will apply.
*Does not include object removal or Virtual Renovation features (Adding flooring/wall colours etc.). These will be considered as additional charges.
BESPOKE
Bespoke Package - Starting from £75 per image:
For a truly personalised staging experience, we are excited to introduce our Bespoke Package. With this option, you can provide specific styling details, including cushions, lighting, chairs, material patterns and more. Our expert team will then build the relevant models, and our talented designers will add complimentary furniture pieces and styling elements to bring your vision to life. The pricing for the Bespoke Package starts from £75 per image. Like the other packages, it includes one complimentary round of amendments; subsequent amendments are available for £15 per image.

How to order
Pick furniture
PICK FURNITURE/ provide brief
Pick your furniture set from the catalogue and note down the catalogue numbers. You can take screen shots to share when completing the order form.
Should you want a dinning table set in the living room please indicate this in the notes and include the catalogue number.

Think about the target market any colours and specifics you would like represented in the design. You can and inspiration images when you are completing the order from if you wish.

FINAL CHANGES
When you receive your staged photos, you have the opportunity to request minor amendments. The first round of amendments is complimentary.
Any further rounds of amendments may be chargeable.
If you wish to change the furniture style, or the image being staged as a different room. (e.g. changing a modern contemporary living room into a Scandinavian style bedroom) this will charged as a new staging job.
